MTFComm Unveils Breakthrough Wireless Technology Delivering Fiber-Optic Speeds Through the Air

MTFComm announced a major wireless communications breakthrough, successfully extending its technology to deliver speeds of up to 24 Gbps using a standard 160 MHz radio channel.

Combined with its proprietary multi-user protocol, the results demonstrate more than a 15-fold increase in the number of active users per antenna compared with today’s multi-user systems operating in the same bandwidth.

This builds on MTFComm’s December 3, 2025 announcement confirming 100× performance gains within an FCC-compliant mask.

The latest results further validate the ability to deliver fiber-optic equivalent performance over the air — dramatically increasing capacity, improving range, and reducing power consumption — all within existing regulatory limits.

The breakthrough opens the door to:

  • High-capacity satellite and non-terrestrial networks
  • More resilient communications for defense and emergency services
  • Dense urban connectivity without additional spectrum
  • Lower-cost, energy-efficient wireless infrastructure

MTFComm is preparing field trials with partners across telecommunications, enterprise networks, industrial systems, and satellite communications.
